DIY Chicken Wrap Station
Instructions
-
1
If using pre-cooked chicken, shred or dice it into bite-sized pieces. Warm the chicken in a skillet over medium heat for 3-4 minutes, seasoning with taco seasoning or garlic powder to taste. If cooking raw chicken, season 1 pound of chicken breast and cook in a skillet over medium-high heat for 6-7 minutes per side until internal temperature reaches 165°F, then shred or dice.
-
2
Prepare all toppings while the chicken cooks: wash and chop the lettuce, dice the tomatoes, shred the cheese, slice the onion and avocado, and portion out the sauces into small serving bowls.
-
3
Warm the tortillas by wrapping them in damp paper towels and microwaving for 20-30 seconds, or warming individually in a dry skillet for 15-20 seconds per side until pliable.
-
4
Arrange all ingredients in an assembly-line style on your counter or table: tortillas, warm chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, sauces, and any optional toppings. Provide serving spoons for each ingredient.
-
5
Let each person build their own wrap by placing a tortilla on their plate, adding desired amounts of chicken and toppings down the center, drizzling with sauce, then folding in the sides and rolling tightly from bottom to top.

6
Slice wraps in half diagonally if desired and serve immediately while warm. Enjoy with chips, fruit, or a side salad.
