Instant Pot Wings

Chicken wings is a go-to meal for every individual. Everyone loves it so much that we wanted to share this recipe that made it even easier to make and enjoy it to the fullest. Simply season the chicken well and place in the pot to cook for 10 minutes. Prepare the delicious sauce, toss the wings in. Broil the wings for making them crispy enough and enjoy sizzling hot!

Instructions

    Line two baking sheets with aluminium foil. Take a large bowl and combine chicken wings with paprika and garlic powder. Season with salt and pepper. Toss to coat.

    Take the instant pot and add ¾ cup of water to it. Place trivet inside the pot and add wings. Choose MANUAL setting and secure the lid. Cook for 10 minutes. Do a quick release once the timer is off.

    Make sauce meanwhile. Take a microwave safe bowl and melt butter completely. Whisk it in the hot sauce and heat broiler to high.

    Take the cooked wings and transfer to a huge bowl with half of the sauce. After this, place the chicken in an even layer on a prepared sheet and broil until crisp. 4 minutes per side. Remove from tray and place back in bowl. Gently toss with the remaining sauce and serve.
